Return and Refund Policy

But in rare scenarios, customers may want to return or get a refund for their ordered goods because of their preferences, likes & dislikes, perception, or other reasons. Hence, we have created a transparent, customer-friendly, ethical return and refund policy. We deliver immediate assistance to our end customers. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will issue a refund through an alternative process. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Our Return Policy:
We strive to ensure that our customers receive products that meet their expectations. In case of any defective product, product mismatch, or damaged package delivery, kindly inform us with genuine unboxing videos and photos within 48 hours of the delivery. We will do our best to resolve the matter, and as each situation is unique, and as such, our resolution approach will be tailored to address the distinct circumstances & complexities of each scenario and provide the most fitting resolution for our valued customers. However, if there is no issue with the shipment and you still wish to return it for any other personal reason, you must reach us within 7 days of order delivery. Once we receive the return request, we will notify the concerned department, and approval will be based on the investigation findings and management’s approval. Only valid return requests will be entertained after discussion with management. Kindly read our policy carefully before making any return request.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Please ensure that the product has retained its original packing, is unused, and damage free
- We will not accept any used, damaged, or broken items. Such returns will be considered invalid, and we will not process any return, exchange, or other action for such items.
- Items should reach us within 20 days of the original order delivery.
- Many items, including freshly made products, customized products, liquid products and digital downloads, don’t come under the return policy. They are not eligible for a return.
- In the case of returning products due to personal will, the customer has to bear all the to-and-fro shipping charges. The buyer is responsible for sending and returning the item timely and safely through their preferred courier services.
Note:
- RISK OF DAMAGE IN LIQUID PRODUCTS: While we take utmost care and provide best effort support in packaging liquid products, we cannot guarantee damage-proof delivery due to the delicate nature of these products. Our past performance indicates that 99% of deliveries have been successful without any issues. However, the risk of potential damage is to be borne by the customer.
- UNDELIVERED ORDERS DUE TO CUSTOMER NEGLIGENCE: If a product fails to be delivered due to customer negligence, such as failure to provide a valid address, inability to contact the customer, or absence at the delivery location, we will provide best effort support to coordinate with the courier service. Customers are also encouraged to contact and coordinate with the courier service. In case the product is returned to us despite our efforts, only the product cost will be refundable after deducting the to-and-fro shipping charges.
Our Refund Policy:
Not all products are eligible for refunds. Still, if the products are returned per the above procedure, we can exchange the requested product or refund the money after deducting applicable shipping and processing charges.
- Once we receive the returned item within 20 days of the original delivery, we will analyze the product and process the refund if our concerned department approves it.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping:
We use third-party courier services for the product shipment. International orders typically require 15-20 days for delivery, subject to factors such as your country, location, and unforeseen circumstances. Our utmost priority is to ensure prompt service, and we also offer express shipment options for select countries. To explore all available options and obtain an approximate delivery timeframe for your order, kindly consult our customer service executive. We are committed to assisting you efficiently. But in rare cases, shipping gets delayed because of natural calamities, supply chain issues, courier company issues, holidays & labor shortages. Such conditions are not in our hands. We will escalate and regularly follow up with the third party courier company to expedite the delivery. We request that you cooperate with us in such a situation so that we can fetch the best possible solution.
Order Tracking:
Once the customer places an order from BIGValue.Shop, they will receive the tracking details on their registered email. However, for further queries and concerns, kindly visit our contact us section of the website. Our customer support team is available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM (IST)
Order Cancellation:
Customers can cancel their order within 4 hours of placing the order or before shipping, whichever is earlier. The money will be refunded to the same form of payment option. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will issue a refund through an alternative process within 7-10 business days if the order cancellation meets the eligibility. If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Customs and Import Duties:
Taxes and Duties for international order (s) are not included as part of shipping charge(s) and product(s). You will need to pay the applicable taxes and duties (if relevant) directly to the courier/shipping agency or as instructed by the authorities, at the time of delivery after you take an invoice from the courier/shipping agent. We shall not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of goods due to non-payment of applicable taxes and duties, and such products will not be considered for any return or refund. In the event that your order is held at customs in your country or region, it is important to coordinate with the appropriate authorities, as different countries have varying custom policies.
