Once the Order(s) is packed and shipped, customers are eligible to track their Order(s). Customers will get the Tracking ID via email through which they can track the respective order.

Order cancellation is subjected to Approval from the concerned team. Order(s) can be canceled within 4 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever occurs earlier. After Approval, we try ‘no delay’ from our side. We will initiate the refund once the cancellation is approved that usually takes not more than one Business day. Generally, banks do take 5-7 business days, so you can expect the refund within these business days.

It is necessary to read the ‘Return & Refund’ policy before requesting for refund.  Based on the guidelines provided, Return, Refund or Replacement can be initiated for eligible products in 7 days from delivery date.

Once your return is received by us, Refund will be processed within 2 business days. It may take 2 weeks to receive and deal with your return and make a refund. If the refund does not reflect within 2 weeks, call your bank for more information. You can also contact us to know your refund status.
